The Clevertronics Monitoring System was selected for installation into the house and common areas of this building. This involved monitoring over 400 emergency luminaires over 16 levels of high rise, fire stairs, plant rooms and three basement levels.
When the time came for tenancy office fit-outs, the procedure was straightforward - install Clevertronics Powerline luminaires and simply add them to the existing house system. The tenancy fit-outs were installed by four different electrical contracting companies and added to the system software by a Clevertronics technician. All the additions were commissioned and tested before lunch.
Not only does the Clevertronics Monitoring System allow for simple additions as outlined above, but the building management team at Clarence St have an efficient means of testing, recording and billing the house and tenant areas separately. Again, the flexibility of the system provides many advantages.
